Introducing Brunch!
At Laudisio, we've long been fans of brunch. It seems like every weekend we're exchanging stories with friends over drinks and eggs. In the past we hosted brunch twice a year; Mother's Day and Easter. We received such great feedback from our guests on those two occasions (thank you!) we decided to make it our new weekend tradition.
Executive Chef Sakima Isaac has created what can only be described as an ingredient-centric brunch featuring plenty of local and organic representation. New creations include breakfast pizza, and zeppoles (think Italian doughnut). Take a look at our Brunch Menu

Featuring classic and contemporary Italian cuisine from executive chef Sakima Isaac. We use the highest quality local-organic ingredients, as well as exciting and unique Italian imports. At Laudisio, we demonstrate our commitment to culinary excellence and responsible sourcing by using whole local grass-fed cows from Saw Hill Farm, Long Farm pigs, and Wisdom Farm chickens. We pride ourselves not only on using day boat fish, but on our use of sustainably caught wild fish, and only the very best quality farmed fish. Our bakery produces breads, pastas, and desserts in-house, by hand, using organic ingredients. Compliment your meal with one of over 350 unique wines from our Wine Spectator award wining list. Boulder First Bite (November 11-19)
We are very excited to once again feature a Boulder First Bite menu at Laudisio! November 11th - 19th we will be featuring a three course prix fixe menu for $26, highlighting our chef's seasonal selections. First Bite is always a busy time at our restaurant, so make a reservation today.
Signature Chefs Auction
On November 15th executive chef Sakima Isaac will be supporting the Colorado March of Dimes by participating in a sampling event at the Omni Interlocken Resort. The March of Dimes is a non-profit organization which helps moms take charge of their health and supports families when something goes wrong. The event will feature a silent auction for one-of-a-kind items and a sampling station featuring food from signature chefs from all over Colorado.
Happy Hour
We believe happy hour is much more to you than the sixty minutes between work and home. Which is why we have extended our hours. Now get your favorites in the wine bar from 3pm until close!
Gluten-Free Pasta & Pizza
Recently we began using an incredible new gluten-free pasta from Denver based Cappello's Pasta. It is a fresh pasta made with almond flour! Also, be sure to ask about our house-made gluten-free pizza crusts.
