The Laudisio restaurant is built on the Italian tradition of expressing a sense of family and friends through the act of creating and enjoying food and wine. We find that our happiest times are spent in the kitchen and around the fires of working ovens. We would like to share this timeless tradition with you, your family and your friends.
Bring the warmth and excitement of the Laudisio kitchen to you. Imagine your family and friends gathered around the fire of a wood burning pizza oven while our chefs create the perfect Italian pie. We can make that happen! Our pizza oven, staff and chefs are mobile and will come to your event and help you throw the most unique lunch or evening celebration.
Laudisio has two mobile wood-burning pizza ovens available for off-site outdoor catering. Parties up to 40 guests may choose from a range of toppings and guests may request any combination desired. We ask that parties of more than 40 choose five combination pizzas in advance. We can also provide appetizers and/or salad to accompany our pizzas.

Cold antipasto (including salami, cheeses, artichoke hearts, olives, roasted peppers and marinated mushrooms) available for 5.50 per person.
Prices are charged on a per person basis and are explained below. This per person cost includes the food. It does not include tax (8.41%), gratuity (5%), oven set up ($125), and labor, which are charged hourly. Bartenders, servers and chefs are $25 per hour each. Laudisio does have a minimum of $500 for our pizza parties. Set up and labor costs can be applied towards this minimum.

Pizza parties may be cancelled 15 days before the date of function without penalty. Laudisio will keep the $200 deposit if cancelled within 15 days.
Please notify Laudisio of the exact number of guests at least 72 hours in advance. This will be considered a guaranteed guest count for which the client will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Client will also be responsible for labor quoted on the contract.
